1. Order Cancellation

At Rhevana, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order.

2. Returns and Refunds

We take great care to ensure you receive quality products, but if there is an issue, please read the following carefully:

Returns and refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • clear, continuous video while unboxing your order, showing the shipping label clearly, and opening the parcel without cuts or edits.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at rhevana02@gmail.com with your order number, the issue, and the unboxing video as proof.

3. Refund Process

- 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products without an unboxing video as proof.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Customized orders or sale items.
